N2 - Hate speech on social media platforms like Twitter is a significant problem that can negatively affect individuals and communities, disrupting a healthy online environment. To address this problem, our study introduces a new method for detecting hate speech in Bahasa, combining Deep Feature Extraction (DFE) with a Fine-tuned Naive Bayes (FTNB) approach. This method uses an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to learn and extract complex patterns and semantic relationships from the text. These extracted features are then processed using a FTNB model to enhance decision-making. Integrating deep learning for feature extraction with the probabilistic approach of Naive Bayes (NB) significantly improves the model's accuracy and precision in identifying hate speech.
