N2 - Moodle, an abbreviation for Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment, is a web-based learning management system widely employed by educational institutions and campuses as a teaching and learning medium. As the operational activities and content of past courses accumulate over time, the volume of data increases, posing challenges for storage capacity. To address this issue, innovative data engineering approaches are necessary, particularly in the aspect of ICT infrastructure support, to effectively manage the rapid growth of data. In this study, the author aims to implement an archival system for storing and relocating past course content and activities, thereby alleviating the storage burden on the Moodle server. One viable approach is the utilization of Linux containers, such as Docker, wherein archived courses can be executed within a container. The experimental results demonstrate the successful placement of archived courses outside the server infrastructure of the organization's ICT, enabling cross-platform compatibility across Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
