N2 - Start Work Check is a process for checking work preparation before high-risk project execution activities begin. Mobile SWC is a digital version of Start Work Check process replacing manual paperwork. This study discusses the acceptance of project execution workers towards mobile SWC for the Start Work Check (SWC) process. The combined TAM, UTAUT, and DeLone McLean model was selected because it offers a more comprehensive view of both user acceptance and system success. TAM explains perceived ease of use and usefulness, UTAUT captures organizational drivers such as performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, and DeLone McLean evaluates system success through quality dimensions, user satisfaction, actual use, and net benefits. The research was conducted quantitatively through a survey, with hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS. This study resulting in Facilitating Conditions identified as the most influential determinant of Actual Use, highlighting the importance of operational support in a mandatory system context. Meanwhile, User Satisfaction is predominantly shaped by system quality dimensions, especially Software Quality.
