N2 - PT Tekno Infrastruktur Sukses is a company that operates in the field of Base Transceiver Station (BTS) telecommunications tower maintenance services. In carrying out its duties, PT Tekno Infrastruktur Sukses is assisted by a system called Trast Tislink. Since this system was created in 2018, no analysis has been carried out regarding the impacts and benefits obtained from this system. The analysis carried out in this research is an effort to determine the condition and use of the Trast Tislink system. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the BTS telecommunications tower maintenance information system at PT Tekno Infrastruktur Sukses using the HOT-Fit method. The respondents in this research were users of the Trast Tislink system, totaling 100 respondents. The data processing technique used in this research is SEM - PLS using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that the success of implementing the Trast Tislink system is at the level of 45.6% and is included in the moderate or quite strong category, but it cannot be said to be successful. Factors that influence the analysis of the success of system implementation using the HOT-Fit model are from the human aspect; user satisfaction influences the benefits and use of the system. From the organizational aspect, the organizational environment influences the benefits and the organizational structure influences user satisfaction, while in the technological aspect, system quality, information quality and service quality influence user satisfaction, and system quality has no influence on system users, and from the net benefit or benefit. What is obtained is that you can find out the variables and factors that influence the success or failure of implementing this system and that system developers can upgrade the system to a better one in the future.
