Analysis of The Effect of Go-food on Consumptive Behaviour

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Go-Food on consumptive behavior among consumers in Surabaya, Indonesia. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study examines the relationship between Go-Food usage and consumptive behavior. The research was conducted at the Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) with a sample of 40 students. Our findings suggest that there is a strong relationship between Go-Food usage and consumer behavior, with 75% of respondents reporting increased consumption of food and beverages and also the majority of satisfaction on the service. This study provides valuable insights into the effects of food delivery services on consumer behavior.
