abstract = "An expert system was created to assist operators in maintaining operating conditions, by providing advice on adding nutrients and diagnosing physical and Influent parameters based on the data entered. Operators can use the expert system by entering parameter data via GUI. The expert system diagnostic results are then displayed in the GUI. The results are in the form of a diagnosis for the parameters identified from the data records from interviews with operators, namely OIW Influent, COD Influent, OIW Effluent, COD Effluent, also Urea and TSP doses. In the expert system application, operating data input is used on ten dates throughout the year 2019-2020. The expert system recommends a Urea dose of 8 out of 10 applications, and a TSP dose of 6 out of 10 applications.",
