N2 - Quality in Android application becomes a concern to support user needs. Moreover, Android app quality is helpful for maintenance and evolution of the app. Efficiency is one of the characteristics of software quality commonly studied. There are two kinds of Android apps form that can be measured i.e., '.apk' and source code. In '.apk' form, Android app can be measured by executing it. Besides, for the source code, there are some tools for providing static code analysis to measure Android app quality which means there is no need to execute the Android app. Some previous studies focused on measure Android apps in only one form. This paper proposes quality measurement of Android apps focuses on efficiency characteristics considering the form of Android app. The measurements are divided into metrics which the values obtained by executing the app and findings which applies static code analysis. The metrics are based on performance efficiency in ISO 25023 and the findings are based on detecting rule-violations in the app source code. We discover the correlation between two efficiency measurements which are performance quality in metrics and code quality in findings by Spearman correlation.
