abstract = "Arca refers to ancient statues, which belong to Indonesian National Heritage and should be preserved. They are made of stones and woods. Many of arcas found in Indonesia are damaged by human hands and natural disasters. One of the solutions to preserve them is by reconstructing them in form of digital data. The process of 3D formation employs stereo camera detection and matching. Study on statues detection and matching using scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) method of stereo camera has never been done before in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to detect and match simulation of arca objects. There are two data used in the simulation. They are Arca Ganesha and Arca Dewa Tari. The method used in this study is SIFT matching. The best result of the test is performed by Arca Dewa Tari with 9 keypoint features detected from the stereo camera.",
