N2 - Immunization is an effort to create or increase immunity actively against a disease so if exposed, the person that already receive immunization will not get sick or just experience mild illness. Based on Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics in 2020, only 50.34% children under 5 years old who received all basic immunizations. The reasons are lack of information about immunizations such as the importance, the schedule, and the stock on the desired schedule. Using mobile application to help parents manage the immunization receipts, the results show that the application can help parents to manage their children's immunizations. The applications also help parents to maintain their children's growth. Parents can receive information about immunization and nutrition for their children. From survey to 26 subjects consists of 21 parents with children and 5 parents without children where 14 subjects have bachelor's degree, 2 subjects have diploma, and 10 subjects only graduate from high school, all subjects agrees that the application can help them manage their children's immunization. 19 out of 26 subjects agrees that they also can manage their children growth and receive information about immunization and nutrition. 17 out of 26 subjects agrees that the design is good. 17 out of 26 subjects agrees that the application quite easy to use. 2 out of 26 subjects experienced a bit problem while using the applications, which is no confirmation before deleting data so when they accidentally delete the data, the data will be deleted immediately.
