Abstract

High speed process that producing high quality picture in adjusting color CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) is desired in industrial process of CRT monitor or television. The process of adjusting for improving the quality of picture on color CRT performed by adjust the components of ITC (Integrated Tube Component). Beam landing adjustment performing is to localized center of deflection of three electron beam precisely hitting phosphor points. As part of industrial process, its done automatically. To achieve the purpose as desired, we attempt to use supervised learning neural network algorithm for adjustment process.
