Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the business process validation of prospective recipients of educational scholarships on a ready-to-use failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) platform. The research method used was observation carried out on the SIAPLAH Platform. The results showed that the highest value in critical Internet assets, namely network connectivity, decreased with an RPN value of 120 (high), meaning that these incidents often occur that make operators feel uncomfortable at work. This is because RAM has not been upgraded and the bandwidth received from ISP is still insufficient.
