Collaboration is a form of cooperation, interaction, compromise of several elements relating to people, institutions or parties involved directly and indirectly that receive the consequences and the benefits. Collaborative use involves joint decision-making by governments, communities, non-governmental organizations and the private sector in accessing and using natural resources.
