Abstract
One of the dangerous cardiovascular disease is arrhythmia, which is asymptomatic, making it difficult for doctors to detect it. Therefore, the use of a portable ECG can help doctors because it can be used for a longer period of time. The use of lightweight computing will also help in increasing battery life and reducing memory requirement. In this study we tested 10 low computation algorithms based on Amplitude and First Derivative, First Derivative, First and Second Derivative, and Digital Filter. From the test results it was found that in general, the Pan and Tompkins algorithm is the best because besides it gets 100% for F1 Measure, sensitivity, and positive predictivity on testing without noise, it is also significantly more resistant to noise than other algorithms, with a value of F1 Measure 98%, sensitivity 100%, and positive predictivity 97% in tests using signals with noises.
