Abstract
Peer-to-peer lending sector is currently experiencing rapid growth in Indonesia. A limited number of borrowers at present resulted in competition between those platforms. Therefore, a lending platform needs to understand each factor that influences use behavior for their platform. In this research, we conduct an analysis to develop a conceptual model to use behavior in peer-to-peer lending. We perform a systematic mapping and literature review to create the model. Result of this research is a conceptual model that hopefully illustrates borrower intention. Hopefully, this research can help other researchers gain insight, mainly those who examine use behavior for peer-to-peer lending.
