N2 - ZSM-5 is a zeolite that widely used as adsorbent. The performance of ZSM-5 can be improved by modification of zeolite with metal growth. This research modified ZSM-5 with a transition metal nickel (Ni). The modification aims to provide photocatalytic activity of ZSM-5. The prepared-materials were analyzed with XRD, FTIR, FESEM-EDX, and BET techniques. Meanwhile, photocatalytic test was conducted to dyes decolorization. The prepared-zeolite is amorphous with particle sizes of 1-2 μm. Photocatalytic activity test found that Methylene Blue (MB) decolorization proceed well with LED UV lamp. The removal percentage of MB by NiO/ZSM-5 is 80.64 % after 1 h.
