DESIGN AND ANALYSIS STRUCTURAL AT RETROFIT UNIVERSAL TURN DRILL MACHINE

Presidential Regulation no. 68 of 2022 concerning revitalization of Vocational Education and training, aims improve vocational education. One of the vocational education in major mechanical engineering in Riau island province still a gap in practical equipment using CNC machines are useful to support the competency. Thus, to minimize imbalance the quantity of CNC machine tools and answer government policy objectives. The method used is to retrofit the HQ400L machine tool into a hybrid. Based on design and simulation results,static structure and transient structure analysis, the critical value is still below the required, so the material selection is safe to use.
