N2 - The increasing demands of modern lifestyles and career responsibilities, especially among working women, have led to a growing need for childcare services in Jakarta. This research aims to design a web-based babysitting service business in Jakarta using a design thinking approach. The research methodology follows the five stages of design thinking: empathise, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The business model is designed with a ten types of innovation approach to overcome the limitations of conventional childcare services. The service prototype is a web-based babysitting service offering two main services: Daycare and Go Nanny. The prototype was tested using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The UEQ results are: attractiveness is 2.341, perspicuity is 2.262, efficiency is 2.310, dependability is 2.250, stimulation is 2.274, and novelty is 2.071. This results falls within the excellent category, indicating that the web-based babysitting service prototype meets user expectations.
