N2 - Assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the information system remains a challenge. Based on the literature, there is no specific model for measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the information system. This is in line with the assessment of effectiveness and efficiency information systems in the field of government service. This paper remodeling the domains and indicators of the Human Organization Technology (HOT) Fit model to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the information system. It was designed to be used on an information system in the local government. Indicators found and developed should be matched to the object. The result of the study is the modified HOT Fit model with the elements of effectiveness and efficiency be used to measure government information systems.
