N2 - This study evaluates the usability and user experience of an application designed to assess user abilities in qualification test settings. Based on the previous studies, the application developed in this research serves as a learning platform aligned with the Learning by Doing (LbD) methodology that aims to enhance students' English proficiency through immersive, computer-based practice in Reading, Listening, and Grammar. The findings indicate a generally positive performance by applying the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The application achieved a SUS score of 72.46, signifying 'Good' usability, and an overall UEQ score of 1.399, reflecting a favorable user experience. Pragmatic Quality (1.810) underscores the application's effectiveness in task achievement, while hedonic Quality (0.988) highlights moderate user engagement and creativity levels. By simulating real English qualification test scenarios, the platform provides practical test-taking experience, helping students build confidence and competence. Feedback from test takers reveals areas for improvement, such as button labeling and navigation, a bookmarking feature, and interaction design enhancements. These insights are a foundation for refining the application and enhancing its user-centric approach.
