N2 - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises has issued a circular letter to prepare for the anticipation of the “The New Normal” scenario as a form of implementing the new normal in avoiding the transmission of COVID-19. PT. X, who is in charge of managing oil and gas mining in Indonesia, is following up on the Surat Keputusan Edaran by making efforts to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The potential hazards and risks of occupational health and safety (OHS) in the workplace are quite large, but the assessment and evaluation of the process of implementing the OHS program during the COVID-19 pandemic have not been carried out at PT. X. This study aims to identify the potential risks of work accidents and hazard mitigation readiness at PT. X. Therefore, a checklist of OHS risk assessment and hazard mitigation readiness was developed as an objective measuring tool. After that, a risk analysis was carried out using the House of Risk (HOR) method which consisted of 2 phases. In HOR phase 1, 20 risk events were consisting of 36 risk agents. The results of the 80:20 Pareto diagram show that 17 risk agents are prioritized for risk prevention measures. In HOR phase 2, 16 risk prevention measures are given to reduce the possibility of risk agents occurring.
