abstract = "The e-commerce website is so important for other people in the product sales process. An e-commerce website is one of the most used businesses by people. A good quality e-commerce website will have many visitors. However, determining the quality of an e-commerce website is not easy. Many research on measuring software quality is carried out based on characteristics at ISO 9126. These models arise as a result of getting good software quality. However, the ISO 9126 standard has been replaced with ISO 25010 which has the addition of several characteristics. Therefore in this paper, we propose a software quality measurement model on an e-commerce website based on the characteristics of functional suitability, reliability, usability, and performance efficiency. The quality model that is build uses fuzzy logic to determine the level of quality and particle swarm optimization to find the particle with the best fuzzy set position to form a quality model. The model we propose to classify e-commerce website quality based on four characteristics of ISO 25010 produces an accuracy value of 0.684 and a precision of 0.867",
