Digital Resilience as a Critical Factor in Navigating Digital Transformation: A Systematic Literature Review

This study examines the importance of digital resilience in navigating the digital transformation. Over the past decade, research on resilience has garnered significant scholarly attention. However, studies specifically focusing on digital resilience remain scarce. Therefore, further research is essential to effectively address the challenges posed by digital transformation. This study employs a systematic literature review to answer the research questions. The selected literature includes global publications available up to the year 2025. This article highlights the significance of digital resilience within the context of digital transformation by offering three key contributions. First, it identifies the key factors that influence digital resilience. Second, it outlines the challenges that digital resilience can mitigate. Third, it emphasizes the pivotal role of digital resilience in facilitating successful digital transformation.
