    Abstract

The development of the manufacturing industry 4.0 in the past few years has made companies consider aspects of technology and business intelligence in their manufacturing processes. With the addition of a touch of automatic technology, it is hoped that it will facilitate employee work and streamline work processes so that the time required is faster and more efficient. Many companies are starting to look at software to support their business processes, for example Enterprise Resource Planning (System Application and Processing, Oracle, etc.), Customer Relationship Management Software (Monday.com, Bitrix24, etc.), Data processing (Macro, Visual Basic, etc.). With the help of a touch of technology, work that was originally done manually input can be automatically recorded by the computer, thus helping the operator's work more effectively&the lead time required is not long. Especially in the production department, it requires a fast and precise work rhythm, as well as being balanced with a minimum of accuracy and human error. Administration on the production line is one of the main keys so that the system can process an item to the next stage in addition to recording the results of daily work. To reduce the level of human error, it is hoped that there will be an integrated system between the first work center to the next work center. In this study, we will explore what variables for selecting an integrated system are considered for users, especially production operators. In addition, it also discusses which variables can be developed and improved so that the integrated information system is more optimal.
