N2 - This research discusses how dynamic analysis can help reduce the risk of work accidents in forklift automated guided vehicle (AGV) operations. By paying attention to the center of gravity (COG), we can find out the displacement of the COG on the forklift. Every forklift works, from lifting loads, moving straight to turning right or left. Then the forklift has a stability pyramid or the boundary of the center of gravity space, to determine the stability condition of the forklift. By derive the equation, we can know the limit of the forklift's acceleration as it moves forward and rotates. When the forklift moves forward, with maximum load (1600 kg) and maximum lifting height (3.405 m), The AGV forklift we developed can have an acceleration limit is 1,12 m/s2 , Then the deceleration limit is 0.56 m/s2 and the acceleration limit when the forklift turns are only 0.3 m/s2. The results of this test can be used as a recommendation for the acceleration limit of AGV forklifts during operation, so that AGV forklifts remain in stable condition.
