Abstract

The most popular approach to remote learning in the Covid-19 age is e-learning. For this reason, it's critical to guarantee the effectiveness and quality of the e-learning platforms being utilized. The purpose of this study was to detect and rectify any possible shortcomings in Darwan Ali University in Sampit's e-learning implementation. Problem identification, instrument construction, testing, data collecting, and data processing were all part of the research technique. The university's lecturers and students made up the research population and sample. The results showed that the quality and efficiency of the e-learning system are obtained at level 3 (Defined), where the target is at level 4 (Quantitative) which achieves its objectives in a highly organized manner, and its performance continues to be measured and assessed in the context of a service management system, it can be improved by utilizing the ITIL4 framework and ISO/IEC 25010 indicators. Sub-characteristics such as functionality, dependability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability are used to evaluate e-learning systems.
