Abstract

Welang river watershed management’s authority is handled by the East Java Provincial government, has a topographical condition that varies greatly with the upstream part of the mountains with the highest elevation of 3212.5m above sea level, while the downstream with an elevation of 0 to 9.25 m above sea level.
