N2 - Data storage and data retrieval in some industries are still done manually by employees. This is a common problem in the industry because the information or data presented is not real-time and also inefficient. Vibration data collection and motor conditions are still done manually by going down to the field by checking many motors in the production area. On the other hand, electricity consumption is vital in large-scale industries, because in it there are many machines that require large electrical power. This will be a problem if the electricity consumption is not efficient or in line with what is expected by the industry itself. Based on these problems, a motor damage detection system was made using the Fuzzy method and data collection of current, voltage, and temperature and vibration which will be processed in the form of a website dashboard. Test loosening and removing bolts on motor foundation. The results obtained are the Fuzzy method of detecting damage by producing five warnings when the bolt is removed by experimenting three times at a frequency of 10 Hz, 20 Hz, 30 Hz, 40 Hz, 50 Hz. In this system there is a delay of one to two seconds from sending data from the sensor to displaying a notification.
