Abstract

The half-semester during the COVID-19 pandemic, myITSClassroom, has used by ITS students for online learning. ITS students from various regions have different cultural characters. Therefore, this research proposes the expounded step of the individual and organizational model to analyze myITS Classroom as an e-learning system in ITS. The online questionnaire developed based on the variable indicators obtained from the model to conduct the survey. The survey is responded by 304 ITS students from various regions who use the myITS Classroom. The testing results show the cultural effect (Individualism/Collectivism) to Individual and Organizational Impact on myITS Classroom. This research provides the evaluation and suggests the development process (in the future) of myITS Classroom as an e-learning system at ITS.
