abstract = "TiO2 nanoparticles have been synthesized by co-precipitation method with mechanical stirring in hydrothermal conditions. TiO2 film was fabricated on the top of a glass with spin-coating using the prepared TiO2 nanoparticles dissolved in a surfactant. The TiO2 film was fabricated to observe if TiO2 nanoparticles will still be kept in its phases as those of nanoparticles, and to further explore their properties for optical applications. Characterizations of the crystal structure, morphology and their optical absorption were performed by means of XRD, TEM, and UV-VIS spectrophotometer.",
