abstract = "Spread of current and voltage wave harmonic distortion due to the use of nonlinear loads. Effect of network reconfiguration technique on coordinated planning to improving power quality issue of radial distribution system has been investigated. Optimization a combination the optimal techniques such as DG placement, capacitor placement and network reconfiguration simultaneously to minimal total power losses, %THDv and voltage deviation validated on IEEE 33-bus Standard Test System using Hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization (H-PSO). It is found that enhancement of network reconfiguration technique that is used from the combination of the proposed techniques and compared with the previous research provided a more effective and efficient impact to improve the power quality on mitigated spread of harmonic in radial distribution system.",
