N2 - The problem experienced by cattle and goat breeder partners is that it is difficult to identify and monitor the growth of their livestock. Because the facilities on the farm are inadequate. So that it has an impact on investor confidence to carry out cooperation and management of livestock. The design of the livestock identification monitoring system that is carried is in the form of a qr code that will be worn around the neck of the livestock which will be scanned through the Android-based Livestock Assistance application which can bring up the identity and database related to the livestock. Investors can monitor their livestock in real time which functions as a monitoring medium to determine the condition, development and growth of their livestock. The digital livestock weighing scale facility has also been integrated in the Livestock Assistance application, so breeders and investors only need to enter the animal's body length and width so that the animal's weight can be obtained. The validation process was carried out at PT Sedana Peternak Sentosa to ensure the accuracy of the formula used in the Livestock Assistance application with the results of conventional cattle and goat weight scales. From the validation of the data, the results of the analysis show that the average cattle weight is 180.4 cm in chest circumference, 135.6 cm in body length, 410.8 kg in actual body weight, 407.8 kg in the Cattle Assist application with a presentation deviation of 0.009 %. Meanwhile, in goats, the average chest circumference was 68 cm, body length was 54.6 cm, actual body weight was 31.6 kg, body weight in the Cattle Assist application was 25.9 kg with a presentation deviation of 0.025%. This system is equipped with a livestock dimension measuring instrument using the HCSR-04 ultrasonic sensor which has a deviation percentage of 0.11% compared to conventional scales.
