Abstract

Blood service is an effort to provide a health service utilizing human blood as basic stuff for humanitarian purposes and not for commercial purposes. Blood transfusion services include planning and preserving blood donors, providing blood, distributing blood, and performing medical action of giving blood to patients for purposes of disease healing and health recovery. Fulfillment of the availability of blood is a crucial thing. On the one hand, too much bloodstock results in significant losses, such as expiration. On the other hand, too low bloodstock makes the people's blood needs unfulfilled. Therefore, this paper is an effort to estimate the whole blood at PMI Bojonegoro using the H-infinity and Ensemble Kalman Filter methods. The simulation results showed that the EnKF method was more accurate than the H-infinity method, with an error of 1-2 % generated by the EnKF and that of 16 % by the H-infinity.
