These websites are developed to fulfill people's needs and ensure all the information that the citizens need is delivered. Some studies revealed that overall performance of Indonesia e-Government are unsatisfactory. These qualities of websites are affected by fundamental aspects like performance and accessibility. All the e-Government implementations must achieve both aspects to reach good quality websites.
