Abstract
Indonesia’s crude oil production has steadily declined due to insufficient exploration and investment. The government’s annual oil output targets have routinely fallen short due to the use of older oil sources. Exploring alternate energy sources instead of importing oil and gas from abroad may help address these challenges. Indonesia’s marine status makes wave energyWave energy a feasible solution to these issues. This article proposed the integration of the oscillating water columnOscillating water column and magnetic coil to boost productivity. The computation of energy production combines two systems to optimize efficiency and capacity. This study introduces the author's new renewable energyRenewable energy technology concept and Indonesia's energy production expectations by utilizing this concept. To attain this purpose, a literature review and quantitative method were used to analyzeAnalyze each technology incorporated and compare its energy production to other renewable technologies.
