Abstract

Buy Online Pick-up in Store (BOPS) is buying products online and taking them offline. Problems faced by coffee shop companies in current condition BOPS services avoid the risks and doubts when shopping online so that the proper steps are needed to improve their performance. Therefore, this research aims to identify and analyze any risk factors that affect BOPS services' intention by expounding the individual model customer. Thus, it can develop high-quality services to users so that coffee shops can maintain their existence. The research method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) through distributions of the questionnaires to 304 respondents using BOPS services on Coffee shop Mobile applications in Java, Indonesia. This research shows that BOPS service significantly affects in terms of use intention that is by advantage and convenience. Thus, future development in BOPS services can be proposed to be better and can maintain their performance. The benefits of research results can refer to further research studies and provide strategic advice that is very useful for developing BOPS services in the coffee shops.
