Abstract
One of the Government’s efforts to develop the tourism sector is to line up in villages. Some villages that have natural potential have been developed into tourist villages. The development of tourist villages is not only in nature which is the attraction but also can be a means of education that must be optimized. Gerbo Village is one of the villages in the Pasuruan area that seeks to develop its educational tourism. An understanding of the legal aspects, including permits, business contracts, and so on, needs to be given to village officials, tourism awareness groups, and the local community. This goal is intended as a preventive effort to prevent legal problems that may arise in the future.
