Abstract

Based on Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 33 of 2012, Indonesia legislation data can be accessed at the Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional (JDIHN) which is located at https://jdihn.go.id/. However, all those documents are in PDF format, which are not machine-readable as open data. Hence, it is difficult to analyze data and re-use the data for other applications. Therefore, the research implements Linked Open Data (LOD) principles for publishing and consuming Indonesia legal data. We use https://schema.org/Legislation as the base vocabulary. In this work, we use Electronic Information and Transactions Law 2008 as an example of legal documents. The legal documents are converted to 1116 triples. In the final step, we give a showcase how to access the data by using SPARQL queries.
