Abstract

Lately, the application of lean has been applied in service companies with the same objectives, namely the elimination of waste and increased efficiency of all resources. As the global economy grows and develops, they are committed to achieving improvements like that. The current economic indications are marked by budget cuts and cost reduction but are still able to produce a good business performance. This paper, we will explore waste that occurs along the value stream; especially in the public sector, more specifically in industrial sports.
