title = "Mapping of operating modes, power flows and analysis of tractive force characteristics of series - Parallel plug-in hybrid vehicle in certain driving cycle (Case study: Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid)",
abstract = "The development of the car industry followed by excessive use of fossil fuels results in various global problems. The use of Electric Vehicle (EV) is a solution that is currently being developed and Indonesia is still lagging behind due to the lack of EV development. In this study, the author maps the modes of operation, power flow and analyzes tractive force characteristics of 2017 Toyota Prius PHV based on the vehicle road tests data of the track in the city of Surabaya. The mapping of operating modes and power flow analysis was carried out on several analysis are on four driving cycles. In this study, the power balance graphs in each analysis area were obtained, which shows the operating modes owned by the Toyota Prius PHV 2017 as well as graphs of tractive force needed at each driving cycle. Also know the power flow and parameters status for each operating modes.",
