Abstract

The paper aims to measure the quality of the “Application of software cost estimation (AoSCE)” produced by the author in the previous study. The quality characteristics measured include usability, efficiency, and portability using the ISO 9126-1 standard. The measurement results indicate that the three characteristics are good, but the usability characteristics still need improvement. The interesting of this paper is that testing procedures and worksheets can be applied to measure the quality of other software by adjusting the conditions of the test object.
