Abstract
In Indonesia, the first case of COVID-19 was found on March 2, 2020. Until now, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has become a severe concern to global public health. The number of confirmed, suspected, and probable cases of COVID-19 continues to grow. Surabaya is the city with the second-highest number of confirmed patients after Jakarta. Studies have also examined the influence between the transmission of COVID-19 and some climatic variables, which impacts the number of confirmations, suspects, and probable. This research analyzed the relationship between the number of COVID-19 cases with temperature and humidity in Surabaya. The results showed that climate variables that affect only air temperature affect the suspect value. Other variables that influence each other are the number of confirmations and suspects. From the accuracy value on the test data, it can be seen that the use of the MIMO transfer function can increase the accuracy value compared to the accuracy of the test data using the ARIMA method.
