N2 - Load demand has been increased in every year. In power system installation, we need to know when will the system get an unstable condition to cover the power load that increased during the operation. To get maximum power load that can be connected to the system, loadability is a loading factor that will be considered. In this research, network reconfiguration and Placement DG is used to optimize simultaneously based on maximum loadability. The DG that place must be in constraint range of voltage stability and line rating which means minimum and maximum voltage requirement. In this paper, IEEE 33 bus distribution system radial topology is tested to identify the effect of Network Reconfiguration and Placement DG to optimize based on loadability. Hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization (HPSO) algorithm conducted to be an optimization algorithm.
