Abstract

Tobacco demands which tolerated waterlogging condition became crucial issue to maintain continuity and availability in the future. Therefore, information about the dynamics of gene expression in waterlogging tolerance tobacco is needed. According to the result Manilo variety expressed the highest relative NtADH1 gene with 27.87 times expression level, otherwise Jepon Palakean variety exhibited 3.76 times of gene expression rather than control. NtAABA2 gene occurred 12.38 times as the highest at Manilo variety, while Srumpung variety performed the lowest relative expression with 1.06 times rather than control. Dominant expression of NtAACS1 gene got by Marakot variety with 60.97 times but Manilo reached 6.82 times rather than control.
