Abstract

This study examines pricing methods in both online and offline supply chains, which is a topic of increasing importance in current business conversations. The study focuses on examining the circumstances surrounding dual supply chains, in which producers employ both channels to cater to a wide range of customer demands. To assess the influence of pricing on the system's dynamics, the study uses response surface methodology. The results uncover the most effective price levels for online and offline channels. Notably, the shift from online to offline channels shows a substantial rise in demand, but the opposite transfer leads to a rather moderate increase. These findings highlight the critical role of pricing strategies in enhancing profitability, particularly by prioritizing offline channels. The study provides significant insights for decision-makers who are dealing with the intricacies of contemporary supply chains, offering practical advice for optimizing business outcomes in this diverse setting.
