N2 - Sustainable development is the main focus in dealing with climate change and global economic growth. PLN, the main provider of electrical energy in Indonesia, faces significant challenges in realizing a sustainable energy transition. This study develop PLN's business model to meet the increasingly specific market needs for renewable energy. This study will concentrate on creating a novel business model that leverages renewable energy and incorporates sustainable features for commercialization. This research employs a sustainable business model framework, an innovative approach to developing a business strategy that prioritizes economic, social, and environmental sustainability. By integrating the Delphi and ANP methods, PLN can obtain the priority factors needed to optimize renewable energy resources. This factor can encourage PLN to develop a sustainable business model strategy to address business challenges and dynamic market needs. The results of the priority factor analysis confirm the importance of value creation as the main dimension in supporting renewable energy businesses in Indonesia, with a focus on utilizing green attributes that meet customer specifications and requirements. In addition, value capture and value delivery underscore management's role in obtaining an effective financial model and providing reliable and sustainable supply quality.
