N2 - Job performance is a combination of ability, effort, and opportunity that can be judged based on the work of the employee. This research using Factor Evaluation System method to analyze the job performance because this is one of the popular methods. FES has nine factor to analyze the employee, but the reality just nine factor is not enough. So we use process mining to improve the FES. Every event in process mining must have a history of the time stamp, case, activities, and resources of the employee. This paper proposes the combination of FES and process mining because considering the advantages of both. Process mining makes the factors of FES more detail. Details for recruitment using all FES factor that have weight from Analytic Hierarchy Process; Factor supervisory controls (2) used for employee monitoring along with factor guidelines (3) and personal contacts (6); Factor knowledge required by the position (1), personal contacts (6), purpose of contacts (7) and work environment (9) are used to assign the employee need training or not; For remuneration using remaining factors of FES.
