Abstract

Currently the role of academic information systems is very important. This is because online education has been implemented since the Covid-19 pandemic. Education has started implementing an academic information system as an information medium for student assessments. Therefore the implementation and quality of academic information systems need attention. However, serious problems can arise when functional and quality aspects are not considered. This can cause users to experience difficulty in accessing information or completing assignments, which in turn can disrupt the overall teaching and learning process. Based on the problems, this paper aims to measure the suitability of software quality, specifically focusing on the sub-aspects of functionality and usability, using the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. Through this research, it is expected that solutions and recommendations can be identified to enhance the quality of academic software.
