N2 - This study aims to systematically review and analyze the literature on creative performance research trends in business organizations through a holistic approach to previous studies so that gaps in the field can be identified clearly and further research plans can be formulated. In this context, bibliometric analysis methods uncover information yet to be fully captured or evaluated, including information regarding important sources, documents, countries, and keywords used in the field. Three hundred forty-Three research articles produced between 1964 and 2022 regarding creative performance in business organizations were analyzed, and the insights obtained were poured into scientific mapping. The findings show that research and publications in the field of creative performance in business organizations have continued to increase from 1964-2022, but the highest publication only reached 9.22% in 2022. The total number of citations from all publications reached 14,871, with an average citation per year of 256.4 and citations per paper of 43.36. Much research on creative performance in business organizations is conducted in business, management, and accounting. It is published in journal articles, where the Creativity Research Journal is the most substantial document source in the creative performance business organization literature. From the author's point of view, Karatepe, O.M. is the most productive writer in creative performance by producing six articles. In contrast, the article with the highest number of citations was written by Oldham, G.R., and Cummings, A, entitled "Employee creativity: Personal and contextual factors at work,"with a total of 2,330 citations. Then the country that contributed the most to the spread of creative performance knowledge in business organizations was the United States. Map of the development of creative performance research in business organizations based on the co-occurrence of author keywords grouped into 11 clusters, where creative performance and creativity are the keywords that most often appear in creative performance research in business organizations.
