Abstract

Operator cellular compete to build cellular network. They proposed the construction of new towers to the government. The government processes the proposal manually, but will require extra processing time. In this paper, we propose spatial optimization with the tools is grid. This optimization looks for the maximum value number of towers inside the grid. The result of this research is there is a grid that has the largest number of towers. This can save time because it does not have to check all the grids, just need to check the available grid. That can be used as a reference for decision making.
