Abstract

The influence SRB in reducing H 2S content in biogas production was studied. Increasing SRB concentration affected the COD substrate. The addition of SRB in substrate mixture decreased the percentage of H 2S gas in biogas production while SRB added in substrate mixture increased the quality of methane gas. The ratio COD/SO 4 influenced the concentration of methane gas production.
